1. Exchange & Return Timeframe

Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 Hours of delivery.

Returns for manufacturing defects must be requested within 1 days of delivery.
- Exchange/Replacement/Defective for defective products will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Products must be in perfect, original condition.

Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
4. Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased at a discounted price or on sale may not be eligible for return, except for manufacturing defects.
5. Refunds
If your return is approved:

Refunds will be issued for the amount you paid for the product.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

It may take 5–15 business days (depending on bank processing times) for the refund to reflect in your account.
6. Shipping Charges

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
7. Exchange Process

For approved exchanges, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 3 days once your request is accepted.

The exchange item will be dispatched after the original product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks.
8. Non-Returnable Items

9. Late Returns
If the return window has passed, please contact us with your order details and photos. We’ll try to assist you where possible, although late return acceptance is not guaranteed
